With the best seat booking, you decide on a seat category and select the number of tickets you require. Seats are automatically allocated within the selected category and you receive the best available seats. Numbered seats are usually next to each other. 

With the seating plan booking, you select your seats personally and precisely in the graphic seating plan. Start the seating plan booking and decide on an area. There you can select the seats with a mouse click. The seating plan booking is not available for some events. 

Events in preview status are being planned and will go on sale soon. The seats can already be viewed, but not yet reserved or purchased. 

means that you can freely choose your seat with your ticket according to the local conditions. As a rule, this is standing room, but in some cases seats are also available. 

In the price category designated in this way, mainly (but not guaranteed) seats are offered. Standing tickets may also be sent out at the same price. Unfortunately, we cannot fulfill a specific request regarding standing or seated seating in this context. It is not possible to exchange the delivered tickets at a later date. 

means that the ticket contingents available to us are currently exhausted. We are endeavoring to obtain new contingents and ask you to visit our website again regularly. 

means that the event will take place shortly and delivery of the tickets is no longer possible. Tickets may still be available at the box office.

means that only individual seats (no contiguous seats) in the corresponding category can be booked via the best seat booking. Single seats are individual remaining seats. Even if a larger number is available, these seats are not contiguous. Connected seats may still be available via the seating plan booking. 

Discounted tickets are often available, e.g. for children, students and senior citizens. These are displayed at the seat categories. The organizer may also offer further discounts, in particular spaces for people with disabilities.
