Laura Panzeri
Biography
Laura Panzeri started out in Italy, appearing in musicals such as Grease and Saturday Night Fever. She then moved to Germany, where she played leading and supporting roles in numerous productions, including Sister Act and Mamma Mia! She also appeared as Anita in West Side Story. A career highlight for her was Disney's Aladdin, as she had always wanted to be a princess as a child – and suddenly she was on stage as Jasmine. She also thrilled audiences in Cirque du Soleil's Paramour as Gina.
More recently, she has starred in the spectacular shows ARISE and FALLING | IN LOVE at the Friedrichstadt-Palast Berlin. Alongside her stage work, Laura is also active as a voice actress. In 2024, she fulfilled a long-held dream by lending her voice to Elphaba Thropp in the Italian version of the film Wicked – a role that has always fascinated her and is particularly close to her heart.
