Mark Seibert
Biography
He was born in Frankfurt and trained in New York and at the University for Music and Performing Arts Vienna. Even then, he played roles such as Pygar in Barbarella and Tybalt in Romeo & Juliet at the Raimund Theatre in Vienna. Later, in Germany, he played Radames in Aida, Fiyero in Wicked and Ranger in Der Schuh des Manitu. He then appeared on stage as Galileo in We Will Rock You in Germany, as Lancelot in Artus Excalibur and as Jesus in Jesus Christ Superstar. He is renowned in Germany, Vienna and Shanghai for his portrayal of Death in the musical Elisabeth. In 2015, he played Prince Archbishop Colloredo in Mozart! He then appeared as Count von Krolock in the hit musical Tanz der Vampire in Berlin, Stuttgart and Vienna, and as Emanuel Schikaneder in the musical Schikaneder at the Raimund Theatre. Most recently, he played Edward Lewis in the Hamburg production of Pretty Woman and Maxim de Winter in Rebecca in Vienna. In the summer of 2024, he made his debut as Henry Higgins in My Fair Lady on the lake stage in Mörbisch.
Mark has also enjoyed great success producing his own concerts and other musical concert formats for many years.
