Vanessa Heinz

Born in Hong Kong in 1998, Vanessa Heinz grew up in Berlin, graduating from high school there in 2016. From 2018 to 2021, she studied Musical Theatre at the August Everding Theatre Academy in Munich, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts degree. 

During her studies, she appeared in various musical productions and won the Walter and Charlotte Hamel Foundation's sponsorship award at the 2019 National Singing Competition.

In April 2021, she performed at the 'Grand Musical TV Concert' of the Vereinigte Bühnen Wien, appearing as a soloist at the grand reopening gala of the Raimund Theater, 'We Are Musical'. Since January 2022, she has performed as Kim in the first cast of MISS SAIGON and as part of the ensemble, as well as covering the role of 'Ich' in the musical REBECCA, both at the Raimund Theater in Vienna.

In 2024, she played Alana Beck in the German-language premiere of Dear Evan Hansen, in the musical Frühling in Gmunden, and at the Stadttheater Fürth.

Most recently, she played Little Red Riding Hood in the production Into the Woods at Theater Basel.
