Caroline Athanasiadis

She trained at the Vienna Conservatory immediately after graduating from high school, and graduated with honours four exciting years later. Since then, she has performed as a singer and actress at the Volksoper, the Graz Opera, the Theater der Jugend and various summer festivals, to name a few. She has spent 20 years making her audience laugh as part of the musical cabaret group Kernölamazonen, touring throughout the German-speaking world as the most successful female duo. She is a dancer and choreographer, having won Dancing Stars 2021 herself. In 2023, her book ‘Heute hab' ich nichts zu tun, außer ...’ was published. When she's not cooking Greek food on YouTube, making music with her electro-pop group ‘Lerchenfeld’, or performing the greatest pop melodies with Thomas Gansch, she tours with her two solo programmes, ‘Tzatziki im 3/4 Takt’ and ‘Souvlaki Walzer’, telling stories about her life. She also appears on the TV shows Was gibt es Neues (What's New), Tafelrunde (Round Table) and Smart 10, where she guesses funny terms, sticks out her tongue and quizzes lots of Austrians, respectively.
