Celena Pieper

Celena Pieper completed her training as a musical theatre performer at the Institute of Music at Osnabrück University of Applied Sciences in 2019.

While still a student, she appeared in productions such as Chaplin at the Osnabrück Theatre and In the Heights at the Hagen Theatre. In 2016, she became known to a wide TV audience when she impressed viewers and 'Team Fanta' as a contestant on The Voice of Germany, securing her a place in the battles.

Immediately after graduating, she made her professional stage debut as Soulgirl in JESUS CHRIST SUPERSTAR at Theater am Marientor in Duisburg, and appeared in DON CAMILLO UND PEPPONE and DR. SCHIWAGO at the Freilichtspiele Tecklenburg in the summer of 2019. Also in 2019, she was hired as the understudy for Sarah in the hit musical Tanz der Vampire in Oberhausen, before joining the cast of the concert gala This Is the Greatest Show, produced by Semmel Concerts and Sound of Music Concerts, in 2020.
 

In autumn 2021, Celena appeared as the lead cast member playing Anna in the German-language premiere of Disney's Frozen – The Musical at the Stage Theater an der Elbe in Hamburg, a role she played for two years. In 2024, she played Sophie in MAMMA MIA! and Constance in 3 MUSKETIERE – THE MUSICAL at the Tecklenburg Open Air Theatre. She then played Brenda Strong in CATCH ME IF YOU CAN at the Stadttheater Bremerhaven and understudied Elisabeth in the ELISABETH tour. She also played Sophie Scholl in SCHOLL – DIE KNOSPE DER WEISSEN ROSE at the Theater Magdeburg.

Celena also regularly performs as a soloist in concerts.
