Jens Emmert

Born in Rüsselsheim, Jens Emmert received dance and clarinet lessons from an early age, gaining his first choir and stage experience while still at school.

After graduating from high school, he appeared in various musical productions, including: Shrek (Pinocchio), Legally Blonde (Aaron Schultz/Carlo), Bonnie & Clyde (Clyde Barrow), Musical Revolution (Ensemble) and Big Fish (Zacky Price). 

During his studies at the August Everding Theatre Academy, where he studied singing under Udo Nottelmann, he performed as an ensemble member in Twelfth Night (directed by Stefan Huber) and Once Upon a Mattress (directed by Philipp Moschitz) at the Prinzregententheater in Munich. He also appeared as the Ugly Duckling and student Finn in Andersen – Ein Märchenhaftes Leben (directed by Marianne Larsen, Gaines Hall) and as Mozart in the musical of the same name (directed by Andreas Gergen). He also appeared as part of the Jesus People in JESUS CHRIST SUPERSTAR at the Staatstheater Nürnberg under the same director. From February to May 2025, he toured Germany and Austria as Willard Hewitt in FOOTLOOSE.
